She holds an active Virginia Teaching License for grades K-6 and has 5+ years of experience in the classroom. Arlene has a passion for teaching, and she loves amplifying students’ strengths in order to help them learn and progress. When she is not teaching, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and three sons.
