# Transportation
## Journey to the Island
We highly recommend that you take the Jet Express from Port Clinton to get to
the island the day of the wedding. When you purchase your tickets, please
state that you are with the Squire/Carpenter wedding, give your name and you
will receive a discounted rate (discounts are not provided if you purchase
your tickets online).
We will have transportation available upon your arrival to PIB per the schedule
below. We will provide transportation from the ceremony to the reception. We
will also provide transportation from the reception back to the Jet Express for
the 9:30 PM ferry. There will be an announcement around 9:10 PM asking you to
make your way to the tour train which will leave from the reception at 9:15 PM.
(Reception ends at 9:30.)

If you are arriving earlier in the day, there will be a room available at the
Crew’s Nest if you would like to change clothes and/or leave a bag. It will be
the yoga room in the fitness center. Anyone working can show you the way. The
tour train driver can drop you off at the Crew’s Nest, downtown, or at the
ceremony site, the Doller Mansion (the ceremony site and reception site is a
3-4 minute walk).
We encourage all to arrive to the ceremony site shortly after 3 PM to enjoy the
Michelle Romary Trio prelude music starting at 3:15 at the Doller Mansion. We
highly discourage anyone taking your car over on the Miller Ferry the day of
the wedding. To guarantee a same day return, you would need to be in line by 6
PM and you would miss the reception.

Stacey will also have a couple golf cart drivers available in case anyone
misses one of the tour trains.
## The Jet Express Ferry Discounted Rates
The Jet Express Ferry will allow for the following rates for one round trip per
person:<br>
- Adults: $26<br>
- Youth 12-16 years old : $14<br>
- Children 6-11 years old: $5<br>
- Children 5 and under: FREE<br>
Round trip tickets must be purchased at the Port Clinton ticket booth. Group
rates do not apply to online purchases. If you want more than one round-trip
ticket you will have to pay the normal rate!
## Harriet’s House Golf Cart Rentals
Contact Tiffany or Tara at [(419) 341-2191](tel: 419-341-2191). The rates are
$55/day 9AM-6PM for a four-passenger cart ($20 overnight fee\*). _This fee will
be waived if you state you are with the Squire/Carpenter wedding._
<br>\*Overnight carts are due back at 11AM.
## Golf Cart Depot
Contact Rich at [(419) 779-5147](tel: 419-779-5147). The going rate for a
four-passenger cart is $70/day 9AM-6PM, $90 overnight, $170 for two nights, and
$240 for three nights\*. The going rate for a six-passenger cart is $95/day
9AM-6PM, $115 overnight, $205 for two nights, and $280 for three nights\*.
